At Noon On Jan. 12, the Downtown Democratic Club will welcome Captain Dan Kipnis, who will give a presentation called, "Global Warming - The Changing Oceans", which focuses not only on the oceans and near-shore waters but the effects ocean changes will have on Florida.

The meeting will take place at B&W Rexall Restaurant, 214S Highway 41, in Downtown Inverness.
