Central Florida Community College is accepting registration for December real estate courses at the Citrus Campus, 3800 S. Lecanto Highway in Lecanto.

• 30-Hour Post-License Broker: Management will meet 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dec 2-11. The course examines the effects of economic trends on the real estate brokerage business, distinguishes between various brokerage specialties, identifies the effects of planning and zoning, and more. The course fee is $185.
• Mortgage Broker will meet 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday through Sunday, Dec. 5-7. This is a required 24-hour course for the Mortgage Brokers Exam and will cover Federal National Mortgage Association guidelines, credit reports, Housing and Urban Development settlement guide, mortgage broker license law, and more. The course fee is $190.
