A Crystal River man was arrested today and charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography.

Arrested was Scott K. Babcock, 32, of 755 N. Skycrest Terrace, Crystal River.

At their Dec. 8 meeting, members of the Rounders 4-H Club made Christmas cards to send to kids in local hospitals who will not be able to make it home in time for Christmas.

With a lot of cardstock, glue, some recycled cards and creativity, they are hoping to brighten other kids’ holidays.
