Breaking bedroom window glass terrorizes 5-year-old Hernando girl

The breaking of her bedroom's window glass woke up a 5-year-old Hernando girl on Sunday night, and she screamed to her father that something was coming through her window.
Awakened by the noise and his daughter's screams, the father grabbed a flashlight, and went outside to find out the source of the noise, and discovered his daughter's bedroom window glass had been shattered.

Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies have taken in one of three suspects in connection with an Oct. 1 robbery at the Liberty gas station in Hernando.
Ironically, that suspect was already in the county jail on unrelated charges when he was charged with armed robbery.
Armed robbers hit Hernando convenience store at closing time

Shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday, the clerk from the Liberty Gas station, 6695 N. Carl G. Rose Highway (State Road 200), was locking the front door and closing up for the night.
Suddenly, three men accosted him, forcing him back inside the store.
Brooksville prostitution sting nets arrest of six Citrus County men

A Brooksville prostitution sting operation labeled "Operation Working Woman" has resulted in the arrest of six Citrus County men.
The six were among 32 men arrested from Sept. 10 to Sept. 15 by the Brooksville Police Department, which Tuesday released the names of the men arrested in the sting.
